In March, in honor of women’s history month, we created a mini-campaign that put the spotlight on behaviors (driven by societal pressures) that women often exhibit, including self-blame, imposter syndrome and self-disparagement.

But what you say to yourself matters. With a little help from Talkspace, we flipped these instances of negative self-talk and showed that you can take back that power and believe in yourself.

In May, we wanted to show the power of giving yourself permission to seek mental health help. By maintaining a therapy routine beyond the “big stuff,” you’re better equipped to tackle everyday life. Keeping small stressors small and maintaining a better balance.

We brought out the benefit of keeping things in perspective by showing individuals
taking on their routines—unphased by daily annoyances.
